11.2.3.3. INFO CODE=021
"INFO CODE=021" means that the temperature of the fuser does not rise up to or exceed a constant temperature.
The temperature is monitored with the thermistor inside the fuser and detected with the voltage input into IC 300-D19.
Replace the fuser. Replace IC300 (MAIN PCB).
After the LCD indicate "INFO CODE=021" , perform the fuser reset function (Service Mode 7-1-1).
Then, turn the power OFF/ON.
