Touch [3 Finisher Adjustment].
The Finisher Adjustment screen appears.

Touch [6 Punch Horizontal Position Adjustment].
The Punch Horizontal Position Adjustment screen appears.

Touch [Finisher] or [Cover Sheet Feeder].
– If an optional post inserter is installed, [Cover Sheet Feeder] appears.

Check the horizontal position of the punched holes.
– To increase width A, touch [+] to increase the adjustment (between 0.1 mm and 5.0 mm).
– Each time [+] or [-] is touched, the value is increased
or decreased by one increment.
– To decrease width A, touch [-] to decrease the
adjustment (between -0.1 mm and -5.0 mm).

Touch [OK].
– To cancel the setting and select the default, press the [Reset] key.
The horizontal position of the punched holes is adjusted.
If no adjustment of the horizontal position of the punched holes was necessary in step 6, this completes
the procedure.

Use a Punch setting to print another sample copy.

Check the print result.
