Description
Depending on the media, media may wrinkle or come loose from the platen during printing, increasing the
chance of contact with the print heads. When you are using such media, adjust the head height to "High."
Note that the height of the heads cannot be determined by just the thickness of the media.
When the height is set to "Low," the media clamps cannot be used. Except in special cases, the "Low" setting
should never be used. Doing so may cause the heads to strike the clamps and become damaged.
