Registering Confidential Boxes
Since a password can be specified for confidential boxes, faxes can safely be sent
and received.
For details on using the bulletin boards, refer to "Using the Document Functions" in
the Fax Operations volume.
How to Register Confidential Boxes
Before saving a document to a confidential box, the box has to be registered. This
section describes how to register confidential boxes.

Registers the name for the confidential box. Up to 8 characters may be

Up to 20 characters may be entered consisting of 0 to 9, # and
