COMMUNICATION SETUP

Communication parameters are set corresponding to the
connected devices and system configurations as follows.

ton.
2. Select the suitable protocol with the JogDial.
The default value is PS
PS . DATA: Select when the communication chain oper-
ates PS DATA protocol.

VCR: Select when other than PS
Unit Address
502 UNIT ADDRESS
The unit address is set either way by this setup on the mon-
itor or by the DIP switch on the rear panel. Address setup
by the DIP switch has the first priority over this setup. Make
certain to set the DIP switch #1 through #4 to OFF when
setting unit address on the monitor.

2. Select the address with the JogDial.
The default value is 1.
From 1 to 96: Set an address unique in the chain.
