#2 2 Status Out Terminal
Status information is supplied to each terminal; Play,
REC, Auto OFF and Disk End.
#3 3 Series Record Terminal
Connect these terminals when plural hard disks are
used in series and loop fashion.
#4 4 Alarm Terminal
Alarm related information is supplied and received
through these terminals; Alarm Recall In, Alarm Out,
Recovery Out, Reset In and Alarm In.
#5 5 Cooling Fan
Do not block air flow through openings on both sides
the top cover and this fan to avoid overheating the unit.
#6 6 Power Switch [POWER ON OFF]
Turns on and off the power. The OPERATE indicator on
the front panel lights while the power switch is turned
on.
#7 7 Signal Ground [SIGNAL GND]
Connect with other devices' terminals to avoid ground-
ing loop and noise if necessary.
