Replacing components

9.8.1

Removing the gas valve

B Shut down the heating system (
B Close the main gas shut-off valve and secure against
unintentional re-opening.
B Pull compensation hose [1] from the ventilation air
collector.
B Undo the ventilation air hose between the ventilation air
collector and adaptor at the hose clip.
B Remove the ventilation air hose together with the
connector from the ventilation air collector.
B Undo cables [3] from the gas valve.
B Undo 4 screws [2] from the gas valve flange.

B Remove 3 nuts [2] from the nozzle plate and remove
gas valve [1].

Changing the gas filter

B Undo both screws [4] from filter cover [3] underneath
the gas valve.
B Remove filter cassette [1] and insert a new one.
B Insert new gasket [2] at the filter cover and refit using
both screws.
