5. Configure the recording schedule. Check one of the following options:
All day recording: Check
Customized recording: Check Customize. Check the day of the week
required and set the start and end time for recording. You can schedule up to
eight time periods in a day. The segments cannot overlap.
6. Select a recording type.
This setting instructs the encoder to begin recording when an alarm is
triggered. The recording types available are: Normal, Motion, Alarm, Motion
or Alarm, Motion and Alarm.
Note: If Motion, Alarm, Motion or Alarm, Motion and Alarm types are selected,
you must also configure the alarm linking method to be used. See "Motion
detection" on page 33 and "Alarm settings" on page 35.
7. Copy the schedule to other days of the week.
Check
Select All
settings to another day, check the days required and click Copy.
Note: To configure different schedules for other days, click the tab for the
desired day and set the schedule.
8. Click
OK
to save the settings. Return to the Record Schedule window.
9. Schedule pre and post recording times.
Click the
