To configure PPPoE settings:

PPPoE. The PPPoE window appears.

PPPoE.
3. Enter your user name and password and confirm the password.
Note: The user name and password should be assigned by your ISP.

to save the settings.
To set up DDNS:
1. Click
Configuration
The DDNS settings window appears.
2. Check
Enable
DDNS.
3. Select one of the three DDNS types listed:

DynDNS: Enter the server address for DynDNS (i.e.
members.dyndns.org). In the DVR Domain Name field, enter the domain
obtained from the DynDNS web site. Then enter the user name and
password registered in the DynDNS network.

Description
Check this box if you have a DHCP server running and want
your encoder to automatically obtain an IP address and other
network settings from that server.
Default value is Disable.
Enter the IP address for the encoder.
Default value is 192.168.1.70.
Enter the subnet mask for your network so the encoder will be
recognized within the network.
Default value is 255.255.255.0.
Enter the IP address of your network gateway so the encoder
will be recognized within the network. This is typically the IP
address of your router.
Default value is 0.0.0.0.
Display IPv6 address for the encoder.
Display the IPv6 address of your network gateway so the
encoder will be recognized within the network. This is typically
the IP address of your router.
Display the MAC address.
Enter a value between 500 and 1500. Default is 1500.
Enter the preferred domain name server to use with the
encoder.
Enter the alternate domain name server to use with the encoder.
