FRU/action
1. Do the following before replacing a FRU:
a. Ensure that a jumper is not installed on service processor reset
jumper (J39).
b. Remove the ac power to the server, wait 20 seconds; then,
reconnect the ac power. Wait 30 seconds; then, turn on the
server.

b. Flash update the system management processor.
