WHY DOES MY PHONE DISPLAY BAD ENCRYPTED CONFIG?

The IP phone displays Bad Encrypted Config because encrypted configuration files are
enabled but the decryption process has failed. Report this error to your System Administrator.

HOW DO I LOCK MY PHONE?

You can lock your phone to prevent the phone from being used or configured. You can lock the
phone using any of the following:
• In the IP phone UI at the path Options > Phone Lock. See
more information.
• In the Mitel Web UI at the path Operations > Phone Lock. See

• At a configured Phone Lock key on the phone. For more information about configuring a
