8. Troubleshooting
When your dog does not seem to respond to the Ultrasonic
Correction
• Check if the battery has drained out.
• If you are certain that your dog hears the ultrasonic sound, however is still not
responding, try the next level higher (see "Select Correction Level" page 9).
• If your dog still does not respond, contact Customer Service at
1-888-331-3383.
