4 Disassembly and Assembly
4-2 Disassembling the Case Lower Block
4-2-1 Ass'y Printer
1. Open the ASS'Y COVER PRINTER(A) and lift it off. (Page9-1,9-2)
2. Remove the screw(C-45) and separate the GROUND WIRE(ⓐ,ⓑ) from the
PMO-PAPER SUPPLY(C-37). (Page9-5)
3. Remove the screw(C-42) from the PMO-PAPER SUPPLY (C-37) and lift up the
PMO-COVER FRONT(C-41). (Page9-5)
4. Remove the four screws(C-43) from the PMO-PAPER SUPPLY (C-37). (Page9-5)
5. Separate the ASS'Y PRINTER(C) from the ASS'Y CASE LOWER(E). (Page9-5,9-10)
4-2-2 Ass'y Spool Motor
1. Separate the harness(ⓖ) of the MOTOR ASS'Y(E-6) from the PBA-MAIN BOARD(E-2). (Page9-10)
2. Remove the screw (E-5) and separate the PAPER-SUPPLY(E-4) from the ASS'Y CASE LOWER(E).

3. Remove the screw(E-9) from the PMO-PAPER SUPPLY(E-4). (Page9-10)
4. Remove the MOTOR ASS'Y(E-6) from the PMO-PAPER SUPPLY(E-4). (Page9-10)
5. Separate the MOTOR (E-10) from the PMO-HOLDER MOTOR(E-7) .(Page9-10)
6. Separate the RCT-MOTOR (E-8) from the MOTOR (E-10).(Page9-10)
