Key

Programmable Hard Keys

The 33i has 7 programmable hard keys with status lamps located just above the Mute
key. They support 6 programmable functions or line/call appearances.
Programmable keys are configured by the system administrator according to the
requirements of your organization.
There is a key card provided with the phone that provides label identification for these
keys.

Features

The programmable keys can be configured for any of the following features:

Description
Removes entries in the Redial List or Callers List.
The Callers List is a feature options that may not be configured on
your phone.
Mute key - The Mute key is the last key at the bottom right of the
phone. It mutes the microphone so that your caller cannot hear you.
The red status lamp flashes when the microphone is on mute.
7 Programmable Keys with status lamps located just above the
Mute key.

Description
Line/call appearances.
Call Forward – All – Forwards
your calls to another phone.
Parks a call.
Picks up a call ringing at another
phone.
Places the phone in the Do Not
Disturb state and incoming calls
go directly to your pre-defined
call forward/busy destination,
usually your voicemail.
