Make sure that a pattern similar to the one shown in the illustration is printed.

• When an error message is displayed on the LCD, refer to "An Error Message Is Displayed on the
LCD" in "Troubleshooting" in the on-screen manual: Advanced Guide.
• The pattern is printed in black and blue.

Confirm the message on the LCD (E), then load plain paper into the Cassette and
press the OK button.
The standby screen is displayed on the LCD.
Confirmez le message sur l'écran LCD (E), puis chargez du papier ordinaire dans la
cassette et appuyez sur le bouton [OK].
L'écran d'attente apparaît sur l'écran LCD.

• Close the Paper Output Tray to make it easier to pull out the Cassette.
