Ease of Use
The More Page Layout Options tab offers the user the
ability to modify advance layout options, modify booklet
layout settings and modify poster layout settings.
A booklet or pamphlet can be made from any multiple-page
document printed in landscape orientation. The booklet
setting allows users to add a cover which can be printed on
both the inside and outside of the front and back cover
sheets.

The Poster function makes a larger printed document by
dividing the document into an equal number of sections
and then printing each of those sections on a separate
sheet. The sheets can then be trimmed and assembled
into the enlarged document, graphic, or chart.
The Paper tab offers users the ability to change paper size
and scale documents to fit loaded paper. Users also have
the ability to specify the location or source of the paper to
be used for the print job. Users may also specify the type
of paper to be used.
