Ease of Use
Users have up to 512 characters available to type a
message which is sent with the scanned attachment.
The E-mail Options button contains advanced features
which allow the user to perform the following: ADF Skew
Fix, Advanced Imaging, Custom Job, Edge Erase, and
Transmission Log.
A number of menus are available to make it easy for users
to change the device settings. To access this screen, users
have to click the menus button found on the home screen.

The Status/Supplies message screen shows intervention
messages to give instructions on what should be done,
such as "Fax Station Name not set up."
Above and below: The Check Status/Supplies button
displays the current toner levels on the device. The status
of other consumables such as Waste Toner Box, Fuser,
Transfer Module, and Separator Roll and Pick are
displayed on the second page.
