3- Connect The Camera to the System

A.
Connect the Ethernet connection to a Cat5e/Cat6 cable using the provided RJ45 female/female adapter. The opposite
end of the Cat5e/Cat6 will be connected to the network switch.
B.
Connect the DC Power In to a 12V DC 3A power supply. If using PoE to power the Camera, this step can be omitted.
C. Connect the Audio Out of a WPS-ACC-MIC to the Audio In jack of the Camera using an RCA Male to 3.5mm mono
male adapter. If no microphone will be used, this step can be omitted.
Note: The WPS-ACC-MIC requires power, if PoE is being used, a power supply for the microphone will need to be
installed.
D. Connect the Audio Out (Green) on the Camera pigtail to a 3.5mm mono male plug. This will be connected using 16/2
to an amplifier for playback of the microphone. If no audio output is being used, this step can be omitted.
E.
Connect an Alarm output or input to the connecting block. If no alarm functions are being used, this step can be
omitted.
