5.2- Camera Connections
1.
microSD Card Slot
Insert a microSD card to record when network connection is interrupted.
Requires configuration, see section
2.
Contact & Relay (Spring Loaded Terminal)
Connect to devices with contact closure activation to trigger recording from the camera, or activate devices such as sirens
at the cameras location.
3.
Ethernet Connection (RJ45)
Connect to network switch for communication to and from the camera. Pin out follows EIA standard
Audio In (1/8" - 3.5mm Mono)
4.
Connect to a powered microphone such as the WPS-ACC-MIC to allow for listening to audio at the cameras location.
Note: A 3.5mm 1/8" Mono male to RCA male adapter is required (not included) for use with WPS-ACC-MIC.
Audio Out(1/8" - 3.5mm Mono)
5.
Connect to an amplifier and speakers to allow for communication between the viewer and the cameras location.
6.
12V DC Power In (Barrel Connector)
Connect to the supplied 12V DC 33A power supply.
Note: No power supply is needed if PoE is being used to power the camera via the Ethernet connection.
