Click the Safely Remove Hardware icon and you'll see a list of devices.

2. In the Safely Remove Hardware window, select the device you wish to remove, and click the Stop
button.
3. When prompted, click OK to confirm.

Unplug the connector from the USB port. Pull the connector, not the cable.
