If the correct number is not reached, check:

Test the exchange line
If the tone signalling is not heard after pressing [MODE], replace the
keystation.
If an exchange call does not hold, check:

keystation ribbon lead connection.
Determine the music source.

Check 53 for Line 1 and 54 for Line 2 on the HRDB-E.
Position 1 & 2 - Internal music.
Position 2 & 3 - External music.
For external music source, check:
.
Music source and its connection to the PTU
repair lies with the customer.

OFB-E is correctly installed and jumper (53) is set correctly.
If ring back does not occur after 90 seconds, replace the keystation.
If the system is connected to a PABX, and the correct number is not
obtained, check:
keystation' Auto-Pause Insert' program.
