Why do my calls divert to message bank?

Calls divert to MessageBank on the Telstra T1000S if they are unanswered for a set period, which is automatically set to 20 seconds (approximately 7 rings) but can be adjusted between 5 to 60 seconds. Additionally, calls may be diverted if Call Forward settings are enabled.
