Power source is insufficient.
Damaged ground prong is on
line cord.
Line cord improperly seated
in electrical outlet.
Emergency stop magnet is
not engaged.
Towel or other item may be
making contact with stop
switch while user is running.
Stop switch is activated with
very light pressure or returns
slowly after being pressed.
Stop switch cable is not mak-
ing proper contact.
Main wire harness is pinched.
Ground path is open.

Corrective Action
Plug treadmill into a 15 amp
circuit.
Replace line cord.
Inspect power connection at
electrical outlet and at ma-
chine for proper contact.
Re-engage the emergency
stop magnet.
Move all possible obstruc-
tions off display console and
handlebar.
