FAQ Is it possible to improve the temperature performance? A heat pump is designed to extract heat from the surrounding air and transfer it to the pool water. The higher the air temperature, the more heat the heat pump will be able to transfer to the pool water. Setting the setpoint to maximum will not heat the water any faster. In order to improve the efficiency of your heat pump it is recommended that you: - protect the pool with a cover (floating cover, roller cover …), so as to avoid heat loss, choose periods when the outside temperature is mild (> on average 10° C) in order to facilitate the temperature increase (this may take several days.
