5.1 safety caution
5.1.1 Daily usage safety caution
Apply power adapter to the adequate mains. For mains detail, please see the tag on the
adapter.
Prohibited using in an explosive atmosphere.
Prohibited disassemble of the power adapter.
Prohibited using in a thundering weather.
Pull out the mains immediately when the device emitting peculiar smell, heat or smoke.
Avoid using in a damp atmosphere, avoid liquid drop into the device.
Avoid using in extreme atmosphere, for example near a flame of fire.
Avoid crash, throw or fold any components of the device.
Avoid small object dropping into the device.
5.1.2 Power
The AC plug can only be connected to the mains as described for the product. Please
properly locate the power adapter and mains cable. Do not stack objects on the power adapter
or mains cable. To avoid electric shock, disconnect the power before cleaning. Do you use
AC plug in outdoor or moist environment. Use original Power Supply Only. If the plug does
not fit with the mains jack, please contact Newland Service Team for replacing or ask an
electrician to install a suitable mains jack
5.1.3 The Handling of Disused Products
Disused POS must be handled properly. Please refer to local regulation for handling
disused electronic products.
