Rainbow1 IP Phone User Manual
'!': A sequence can be barred (rejected) by placing a '!' character at the end of the
sequence. For example, "137xxxxxxxx!" will forbid numbers which have 11 digits
and start by 137 to be dialed.
Example:
(xxxxxxx|[*#]xxxx|9,1xxxxxxxxxx|00xxx!) contains 4 subsequences:
1. Allow to dial numbers with 7 digits
2. Allow to dial numbers with 4 digits and start by '*' or '#'
3. Allow to play an "outside line" dial tone after pressing '9' and dial numbers with 11
digits and start by 1
4. Forbid to dial numbers with 5 digits and start by 00
