If your computer has diagnostic tests, they are explained in the
documentation that came with your computer's flat panel adapter
board.

Warranty Service and Repair

A wealth of information is available through Supportfolio, the Silicon
Graphics on-line technical support tool available at
http://support.sgi.com/nt/. SupportFolio lets you browse frequently
asked questions, search for technical information, and download
Silicon Graphics latest software updates.
If you cannot solve the problem using Supportfolio, contact the Silicon
Graphics Customer Support Center, which is available 24 hours per
day, 7 days per week.

Telephone Support

Most problems and errors can be corrected by working with a Support
Engineer over the telephone. If telephone support does not solve the
problem and you need a replacement monitor, the Support Engineer
can explain the exchange process.
When you call be prepared to provide the following information:
• The flat panel display serial number. The serial number is on the
back of the display, above the Silicon Graphics logo.
• A problem description - include any error messages - and the
steps you have already taken to solve the problem.
• Your name, address and telephone number.
