The call attempts are controlled by how many digits are entered.
Here are some typical examples:
"111" = Attempt to call-back the remote UDL computer three
times using only PSTN.
"1212" = Attempt to call-back the remote UDL computer four
times alternating between PSTN and GSM.
"123" = Attempt to call-back the remote UDL computer three
times using PSTN, then GSM and finally IP.

This is the IP Address of the remote UDL computer.
