Cause
A login user name was not
specified but a DeskTopBinder
Professional operation was
performed.
The user attempted
authentication from an
application on the "System
Settings" screen, where only
the administrator has
authentication ability.
An authentication error
occurred because the user
name contains a space, colon
(:), or quotation mark (").
An authentication error
occurred because the address
book is being used at another
location.
Authentication cannot be
completed because of the high
number of authentication
attempts.
1. Cannot connect to the
authentication server.
Solution
Specify the DeskTopBinder
Professional login user name
correctly.
Only the administrator has
login privileges on this screen.
Log in as a general user from
the application's login screen.
Recreate the account if the
account name contains any of
these prohibited characters.
If the account name was
entered incorrectly, enter it
correctly and log in again.
Wait a few minutes and then try
again.
Wait a few minutes and then try

If the situation does not return to
normal, make sure that an
authentication attack is not
occurring.
Notify the administrator of the
screen message by e-mail, and
check the system log for signs of
an authentication attack.
Make sure that connection to
the authentication server is
possible.
Use the PING Command to
