Cause
A TWAIN operation occurred
during authentication.
Failed to decrypt password.
A login user name was not
specified but a DeskTopBinder
Professional operation was
performed.
1. A login user name or
password error occurred.
2. The user attempted
authentication from an
application on the "System
Settings" screen, where only
the administrator has
authentication ability.
Solution
Make sure no other user is
logged on to the machine, and
then try again.
1. A password error occurred.
Make sure the password is
entered correctly.
2. "Restrict Use of Simple
Encryption" is enabled. The
administrator has restricted use
of simple encryption. You can
use the encryption key if it has
been specified in the driver.
3. A driver encryption key error
occurred. Make sure that the
encryption key is correctly
specified on the driver.
Specify the DeskTopBinder
Professional login user name
correctly.
Make sure the login user name
and password are entered
correctly and then log in.
Only the administrator has
login privileges on this screen.
Log in as a general user from
the application's login screen.
