Printing from Application Software

The steps required to print a document created with an application are
explained below.

Load the paper required into the paper cassette.

From the application File menu, select Print. The Print dialog box
displays.

Select the printer to be used from the printer list.

Use Number of copies to enter the number of prints required.

To start printing, click OK.
Note For information on how to use the printer driver software,
refer to Printing System Driver User Guide.

Printing by AirPrint

AirPrint is a printing function that is included standard in iOS 4.2 and later
products, and Mac OS X 10.7 and later products.
This function enables you to connect and print to any AirPrint compatible
device without installing a printer driver.
To allow the machine to be found when printing by AirPrint, you can set
machine location information in Embedded Web Server RX.
