EN OPERATION

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
No machine power.
Brush motor(s) do not operate.
Vacuum motor(s) do not operate. Scrub head is raised off floor.
Machine does not propel or
propels incorrectly.
Scrub head will not lower.
No solution spray or solution
spray is uneven (Streaking
occurs).

CAUSE
Key turned off.
Emergency--stop button activated.
Tripped main power circuit breaker.
Discharged batteries.
Loose or disconnected battery cable.
Expired battery life.
Control grips not rotated.
Tripped brush motor circuit breaker(s). Determine cause and reset breaker.
Solution switch is turned off.
Low voltage interrupter activated.
Loose or broken belt.
Faulty brush motor or wiring.
Worn carbon brushes in motor.
Low voltage interrupter activated.
Blown fuse.
Faulty vacuum motor or wiring.
Worn carbon brushes in motor.
Parking brake is set.
Solution switch is turned off.
Tripped drive motor circuit breaker.
Faulty potentiometer or speed control
board.
Faulty drive motor or wiring.
Worn carbon brushes in motor.
Wire #47 is not connected to batteries.
Low voltage interrupter activated.
Control grips not rotated.
Solution switch is turned off.
Scrub head not lowered.
Solution tank is empty.
Wrong rear vacuum shoe installed.
Plugged spray tips.
Spray tip pattern out of alignment.
Plugged solution tank filter.
Clogged solution line.
Faulty pump or solenoid.
Low solution spray pressure.

SOLUTION
Turn key on.
Turn button clockwise to reset.
Reset breaker.
Recharge batteries.
Secure battery cable connections.
Replace batteries.
Rotate control grips forward.
Solution switch must be turned on to
activate brush motors.
Recharge batteries.
Contact Service Center.

Lower scrub head.
Recharge batteries.
Replace fuse. (p/n 768688--30A Fuse)

Flush plumbing system.
