8 Enter the telephone number. Use the alphanumeric keys.
9 Press the Programming key
10 You will hear a long beep. The name and the number are stored in the Phone
Book.

5.3 Looking up a number in the Phone Book

1 Press the Programming key
2 Press the Up or Down key
the display.
3 Press the Programming key
4 'SEARCH' appears on the display.
5 Press the Programming key
6 Enter the first letters of the desired name.
7 Press the Programming key
8 The first name, corresponding with these letters appears on the display.
9 Press the Up or Down key
Book.
10 Once the desired number appears on the display, the number will be
automatically dialed once the Line key

5.4 Calling a programmed number from the Phone Book

The telephone has a Phone Book in which you can program the telephone
number of calls received by name. If you would like to call a number from the
Phone Book, do the following:
1 Press the Phone Book key
on the display.
2 Press the Up or Down key
you wish to call.
3 Press the Line key

4 The number shown on the display, is dialled automatically without you having
to re-enter the number.
5 After finishing your call, press the Line key
back on the base unit.

5.5 Changing a name or number in the Phone Book

1 Press the Programming key
