Denoise

Adjust effect of denoise on the image by percentage.

Noise is a random variation of color and brightness in the image captured
under low light environment. You may find adjusting Denoise useful when your
camera requires to operate under such condition, especially if you do not enable
night-vision.
Note: Some of the effects will be more obvious in higher
resolution at real time.
