Possible cause
Video connections between this receiver
and the monitor TV are not made
correctly.
Incorrect selection of input source on the
monitor TV.
The settings related to video are set.
HDMI connection between this receiver
and the monitor TV are not made
correctly.
The monitor TV or other equipment does
not support HDCP.
Video format of your monitor TV, DVD
player, etc. is different from PAL or NTSC.
No antenna is connected.
The desired station frequency is not
tuned in.
Antenna is in wrong position.
An incorrect station frequency has been
memorized.
The memorized stations are cleared.
No antenna is connected.
The antenna is not positioned for the best
reception.
Weak signals.
Noise is caused by motors, fluorescent
lamps or lightning, etc.
No LAN/ETHERNET cable is connected.
No WiFi antenna is connected.
Network down.
Insufficient signal strength (wireless
connection).
Network is disconnected.
Program is broadcasting in non-
compatible format.
Internet radio station is not currently
broadcasting.
Batteries are not inserted or exhausted.
The remote sensor is obstructed.
Remedy
Make proper video connections.
Select the input source correctly.
Set the settings correctly. For details,
see "Setting the Input Setup" on
page 60.
Make proper HDMI connection.
This receiver will not output video
signal unless the connected
equipment supports HDCP.
Change the video format to PAL or
NTSC.
Connect an antenna.
Tune in the desired station frequency.
Move antenna and retry tuning.
Memorize the correct station
frequency.
Memorize the stations again.
Connect an antenna.
Change the position of the antenna.
Install an outdoor FM antenna.
Keep the receiver away from noise
sources.
Install an outdoor AM antenna.
Connect a LAN/ETHERNET cable.
Connect the supplied WiFi antenna.
Check that network is working.
Shorten the distance from the
wireless LAN's access point or
remote any obstacles.
Check the connection status.
Only Internet radio programs in MP3,
WMA, WAV and AAC formats can be
played in this receiver.
Tune in a radio station that is currently
broadcasting.
Replace the batteries.
Remove the obstacle.
