5.4.1.1 Battery charge state

If you press the red Push button briefly, the LEDs light up
and display the current battery charge state.

5.4.1.2 Battery capacity

If you press the Push button for longer than five seconds,
the LEDs show the current capacity of the battery.

The range of the battery is less in winter due to the
lower temperatures. Only move the battery (from the
warm room where you store it) and fit it on your Pe-
delec just before you set off. This will help to prevent
the effect of the low temperature on the range of the
battery (➠ Chapter 5.2 "Battery life").
