From the Home screen,
PERSONAL, [More...] [Language & input]
[Personal dictionary]

Set required items
PHRASE : Enter a word to be registered.
Shortcut : Display a phrase as a conversion candidate for
entered characters.
Language : Set a language to which a registered word is
saved.
Setting the Android keyboard
Set key operation tone of the Android keyboard, auto-
correction of text, etc.

[Voice Search] Set each item
Language : Set language for Google voice search.
Speech output : Set whether to use voice input.
Block offensive words : Set whether to display improper
search results.
Download offline speech recognition : Set to use voice
input offline.
Text-to-speech
Text-to-speech plug-in in Japanese is not supported by
default.
