Crankcase

1. Thoroughly wash the contact face of crankcase
with a sort of hot solvent.
2. Thoroughly wash the matching faces of sealing
gasket and crankcase with a sort of hot solvent.
3. Check

Crack or damage
Oil hole
Blockage Blow out with compressed air

Bearing and oil seal

1. Check
Bearing
Clean and lubricate, whirl the inner race with a finger.
Unevenness Replace
Note
Must not dry them by blow in compressed air, or can
lead to a damage of the bearing face.
