The troubleshooting
Flasher, brake lamp / or indicator lamp fail to come on. The horn doesn t work
Check steps:
1. Fuse
2. Battery

Discharge the following parts before troubleshooting
Side cover
Seats
1. Fuse
Tale off the fuse
Check the fuse tuber (
2. Battery
Check the battery condition
Eletrolyte specific gravity: 1.280 20
3. Main switch
Discharge the main switch coupler form wire harness
Check the continuity between
main switch
4. Wiring connections
Check the entire signal system coupler
Refer to
Circuit Diagram
Check each circuit condition of signal system
Refer to
signal system check
1) to the fuse tube for
continuity
Correct
red and brown
on

section.

Use the following special tools for trouble shooting:
The fuse tube is broken replace it.
Replenish destilled water
Clean battery terminal
Charge or replace it
The main switch is failure, replace it
