2. The brake lamp fails to come on
1. Bulb and bulb socket
Check the continuity of bulb and bulb socket
2.Brake switch
Discharge the braked switch wire from wire harness
Check the continuity between
on the switch.
3.Voltage
Connect the pocket tester (DC20V) to the bulb socket
coupler
Tester lead Yellow terminal
Tester lead Black terminal
Turn the main switch to
Pull brake level or step down the brake pedal
Check the voltage (12V) of
the bulb socket coupler
This circuit is correct
yellow and brown
ON
yellow terminal on
Meets specification
