Use a rag and a pair of pliers to
remove the rheostat knob. Then dis-
connect the terminal connectors on
the switch.

Use the rheostat removal tool (Kent—
Moore P/N J–42395) to remove the
shaft nut from the rheostat.
Installation
1
Install the new rheostat into panel. In-
stall the nut on the rheostat shaft.
Connect the terminal connectors and
install the knob.

Install panel by inserting tips on right
side and pushing the panel into posi-
tion. The clips will snap in place on the
left side.
