Turret Body Service

Disassembly (Fig. 36)
IMPORTANT: Make sure to remove and neutralize
chemicals from spray components before disas-
sembly. Wear protective clothing, chemical resist-
ant gloves, and eye protection during repair.
1. Pull e–clip from body and slide plug with o–ring from
body.
2. Disassemble turret body using Figure 36 as a guide.
3. Discard all removed seals, gaskets, o–rings, and di-
aphragms.
Assembly (Fig. 36)
NOTE: Coat all o–rings with vegetable oil before instal-
lation to reduce the chance of damage during assembly.
1. Replace all removed seals, gaskets, o–rings, and di-
aphragms.
2. Assemble turret body using Figure 36 as a guide.
A. The turret (item 8) end with slightly larger bore
and detent grooves needs to be orientated toward
detent posts on body (item 4) (Fig. 37).
B. Make sure to align notch on plug (item 10) with
groove in body (item 4) as plug is installed.
C. Install e–clip (item 5) into body to secure assem-
bly.
