CARDAMOM-ORANGE FRUIT DIP

CHEF'S BLENDER
Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend at Medium 15 to 20 seconds, or until
combined.
BAR BLENDER
Place ingredients in blender jar. Cover and blend at On for 10 to 15 seconds, or until
combined.
Yield:
16 servings (2 tablespoons per serving).
Per Serving:
About 90 cal, 2 g pro, 4 g carb, 8 g total fat, 5 g sat fat,
25 mg chol, 50 mg sod.
