Solutions
The temperature should be 50-

104 . Move the meter and test
strips to an area that is within
the temperature range to
perform the test. Wait about
twenty minutes or until the
meter has reached the proper
range and retest. Do not raise
or lower the meter temperature
artificially.
Messages Descriptions
There is not enough blood in
the strip to perform a test.
The wrong strip has been put
into the meter.
There is an internal error with
the meter.
Solutions
Repeat the test with a new test
strip and make sure enough
blood has been applied to the
strip.
Make sure you are using an
Element Compact test strip
and repeat the test.
