onto the treadmill as shown in illustration
(1). Raise the treadmill until the safety
latch is fully engaged
over the latch rod (2)
Make sure the safety

To avoid the ris k o! injury while lifting the treadmill,
raise the treadmill
by bending y()ur legs and
keepir_g your back straight,
As you raise the t?eadmill, lift using your legs not your back.
