Contacts Mode

Menu
Registers contacts and a contact group, or prints the contacts list.
View
Select whether to display all contacts or the contacts for each feature only.
LDAP allows you to search in the contacts registered in the LDAP server.

Presets Mode

You can register frequently used copy, fax, and scan settings as presets. To register a preset, select Presets from the
home screen, select Add New, and then select the feature for which you want to register a contact. Make the
necessary settings, press Save, and then enter a name for the preset.
To load a registered preset, select the preset from the list.
Press Preset on the screen of each feature. You can register the current address (except for address that have been
entered directly and the contacts in the LDAP address list) and settings.

Displays the details of registered presets, and allows you to change their names, edit, and delete.

Status Menu

Press the button on the control panel.

Description
Printer Information
Displays the status of the consumables and any errors that have occurred in the printer. Select the
error from the list to display the error massage.
Job Monitor
Displays a list of ongoing jobs and jobs waiting to be processed. You can also cancel jobs.
Job History
Displays the job history. If a job has failed, an error code is displayed in the history.
Job Storage
Select Inbox to display the received faxes stored in the printer's memory.
Confidential Job
Displays a list of jobs for which a password has been set. To print a job, select the job and enter the
password.
