To define e-mail settings:
1. In the Menu toolbar click the Network icon to display the Network screen.
2. Click the Email submenu. The Email submenu screen appears.
3. Enter the following information:
Option
SMTP Server
SMTP Port
Authentication
SSL
User name
Password
Confirm
Sending email
Receiver email 1
Receiver email 2
Receiver email 3
Email subject
4. All changes are saved when you move to another screen.

Description
Enter the SMTP (e-mail) server's address.
Note: For a more reliable e-mail service, enter the IP address.
Enter the port number used by the SMTP server.
Check this box if the SMPT server requires authentication (user name
and password).
Check this box if the mail server must be encrypted.
Enter the user name if the SMTP server requires authentication.
Enter the password if the SMTP server requires authentication.
Re-enter the password if the SMTP server requires authentication.
Enter the e-mail address of the sender (DVR 20).
Enter the first e-mail address to whom the notification is sent.
Enter the second e-mail address to whom the notification is sent
Enter the third e-mail address to whom the notification is sent.
Enter the e-mail subject.
