Possible reasons and actions to take
Connected using wrong DVR parameters (IP address,
port number, username or password, etc). Check the
settings.
No network connection. See
below.
The fan is not working. Unplug the unit to prevent
overheating and please contact your local supplier.
The hard drive has failed. Please contact your local
supplier.
The hard drive temperature is too high. Check TVR 20 has
good ventilation. If the problem persists, please contact
your local supplier.
No network connection.
First check network and cable connections.
Then check that the Ethernet port LEDs are flickering to
indicate data throughput. If they are not, please contact
your local supplier.
