3-41 ENGINE
● Install the crankcase.
● Install the crankcase bolts.
Crankcase bolt
: 8~12 N∙m(0.8~1.2 kg∙m)
NOTE :
� After the crankcase bolts have been tightened,
make sure that the crankshaft, countershaft and
driveshaft rotate smoothly.
� If these shafts do not rotate smoothly, try to free
it by tapping with a plastic hammer.
● Apply the SUPER GREASE "A"to the driveshaft O-
ring and oil seal lip.
● Install the driveshaft spacer.
