This occurs because the HDD protection
function equipped with DZ-BD7HA/
BD70A protects the entire HDD; it does
not handle protection of individual pro-
grams (scenes).
Appears if the number of scenes on play
list exceeds the upper limit while control
information is being added.

Appears if a new playlist was created,
a playlist was edited, or a scene was
divided when the disc free space was
insuffi cient.

vided when the free space on HDD was

the allowable operating temperature
(5ºC) of BD drive unit when the cam-

Troubleshooting
Initialize the HDD (all recorded data
will be deleted).
Choose "YES" when initializing
(deleting all recorded data), and then
execute.
Execute system reset (set the power
switch to "OFF", remove the power
supply, use a fi ne-tipped pen to hold
down the RESET button for a few
seconds), and then format the HDD
again.
Exit the Disc Navigation function, set
the power switch to "OFF", reconnect
the AC adapter/charger, and turn the
power switch to the "HDD" mode.
(The camcorder will automatically
repair the video fi le.)
Operate the camcorder after the mes-
sage disappears.
Operate the camcorder after the mes-

Release the protection using the
device on which the programs (scenes)
were protected, or choose "YES", and
then delete the scenes.
Delete any unnecessary scenes, or
combine several scenes, and then
operate the camcorder.
